EVS 098 Guestmix on DI.fm

Listen on MixCloud

I interviewed Trevor Nygaard in May of this year for an episode of the DJ Podcast. He provided me with a great 3dektek guestmix for EMFTM. I had sent him the first part of the podcast episode, which I had made as a tribute to his radio show on DI.fm, Electro Vibe Session. He enjoyed the mix and offered me a guestmix opportunity for the show that was to air only a few days later. I took the first part of my EMFTM episode and added an extra half hour of tracks that Trevor had played on his show over the past 97 shows.

It was a blast to hang out with the DI.fm listeners in the forums and, as the screencap above shows, the opportunity to share my mix with over 1100 listeners at once was phenomenal. Sadly, EVS ended with episode 100. I’m thankful to be one of the DJs that Trevor picked to have a mix showcased on Digitally Imported. Trevor will soon start a new radio show on the DI.fm Tech-House channel. If you have ever heard one of his 3dektek sets, you should know that his new show is going to be full of energy, amazing tunes, and a great vibe.
